To possibly alleviate some fears:
I've had several friends (and a sister) induced. It was no big deal and the babies all came fairly quickly and without any problems. One of my friends actually decided to get induced all 3 times because it was easy and she knew exactly when it would happen.

As for a C-section, I get wanting to do things naturally, but to be honest, it was a breeze. The spinal was the worst part of it and even that wasn't too bad. The baby was out in 20 minutes and they gave me lots of morphine to dull any pain. I was up and walking the next day without much trouble. Now, I may just be the exception to the rule (I do seem to have wierd healing powers lately), but I was pretty nervous about it (had no other choice) and it was great. Now, an emergency one is no doubt very different, but since mine was scheduled and there was almost no chance of anything stressful happening.

She'll come when it's time, but I just don't think you need to stress about induction or a c-section. They aren't bad.

You have to be going nuts. My ass-vice is to do the following things that you're going to miss doing (at least at your own pace) in the next couple of months:

1. Take baths.
2. Read.
3. Take as much time as you'd like to have a BM.
4. Cook a meal using whole foods, something that does not come prepackaged and shelf stable.
5. Have more orgasms.

If nothing else, you had the masturbation. To orgasm. That's nothing to sneeze at.

She'll be here soon. And you'll be in love. It'll all be worth it.
